A tuning fork is a sound resonator in the form of a

two-pronged fork that is formed into a U-shape.

It resonates at a specific constant pitch when you strike it against

a given surface, or with an object, such as a crystal, or mineral

for vibrational healing session purposes.

After waiting a moment to allow some high overtones to die out,

the tuning fork will emanate a pure musical tone.
