When we talk about the body, we are referring to the physical form
generally understood as our body.
This encompasses body functions, the biochemical system, the cells, organs, respiratory, digestive system, and the lymphatic system,
as well as how they work to keep the body's processes balanced.
Structurally speaking, we are focused on the structural elements,
such as muscles, bones, nerves and blood vessels,
and how they support body systems such as circulation and digestive.
When we experience any sort of physical discomfort, pain or disease,
it's our body's way of saying that there is something wrong.
So take the time to pay attention to what it is saying to you.
